A documentary film by Alon Schwarz | 90 min | 2016 | D
What if everything you were told about your past was a lie? What if your understanding of identity, family, and religion were turned upside down? What if your closest relatives knew the truth and hid it from you all your life? The film tells the exciting and emotional story of brothers Izak and Shep, who meet for the first time in over 60 years and together uncover a series of dark family secrets. The key to all the questions is their mother Aida, who, however, would prefer to let the past rest in peace.
